At NexPrime Realty Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide accurate and transparent real estate services as a channel partner for Vilas Javdekar Developers. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. General Policy
Since our services involve real estate consultation, lead generation, and property-related transactions, refunds may be subject to specific terms based on the nature of the transaction.
- Booking Amounts & Payments: Any booking amount paid for a property is governed by the refund policies of Vilas Javdekar Developers, and NexPrime Realty Pvt. Ltd. does not hold or process refunds for property bookings.
- Service Fees: Any fees paid to NexPrime Realty Pvt. Ltd. for real estate consultancy, facilitation, or other related services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific agreement.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
a. Property Bookings
- Refunds related to property bookings or down payments are subject to Vilas Javdekar Developers’ cancellation and refund policies.
- Customers must directly contact Vilas Javdekar Developers for booking cancellations and refunds.
b. Service Fees for Consultation & Advisory
- Fees paid to NexPrime Realty Pvt. Ltd. for property consultation, site visits, or legal assistance are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- If a cancellation request is made before the service is provided, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under an exceptional case, the following terms apply:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- The refund will be credited through the original mode of payment.
- Any processing fees or deductions (if applicable) will be mentioned before initiating the refund.
4. Third-Party Transactions
Since we act as a channel partner, all property-related payments made directly to Vilas Javdekar Developers are subject to their refund policy. NexPrime Realty Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for refunds related to property purchases, agreements, or payments made to the developer.
